We had a great ROS By-The-Bay Meetup last night in Mountain View. Next week we’re holding three kick off sessions for the Intrinsic AI for Industry Challenge. Later in the week there is Bots, Bevs, and Devs at the Foxglove office in San Francisco and a ROS Meetup in Barcelona

The ROS Control team has been absolutely killing it lately! This week they released mujoco_ros2_control package to bring high-fidelity MuJoCo simulation to ROS Control users.

Despite numerous safety and security concerns there’s been a lot of interest in OpenClaw, the personal assistant that uses multiple LLM-based agents to automate common tasks. This week a developer calling themselves Irvin released ROSClaw, a package to integrate ROS 2 with OpenClaw.

Our colleagues at Autoware and Tier 4 just released Agnocast & Callback Isolated Executor—bringing true zero-copy IPC and middleware-transparent scheduling to ROS 2. These performance-critical features are now live in the latest version of Autoware. If you’re pushing the limits of ROS 2 performance, give it a look!
