- Formal decision passed to create the
gz-bazel-devrepository.
- Formal decision passed to create the

New agenda items:
- Discussed a Proposal for a new Gazebo Release Cadence
to move the release to March, and a proposal for a rolling release called
Rotary. - Discussed adding a plugin to simulate LEDs or Indicators
to the core. The author will be asked to improve the plugin before it is
brought in. - Discussed the Gazebo-classic transition post-mortem survey,
noting the costs of having 15 repositories and looking into consolidation. - Approved landing Dart 6.16.6 into the stable repository and changing Gazebo
Jetty. - Server-only packaging changes for Gazebo Jetty are ready.
Volunteers needed for testing (PR 12). - Reminder about the upcoming Community meeting on the Gazebo Terrain Generator.
- Discussed next steps for the creation of the working group that will focus on
the future of Gazebo.

Updates:
- Buildfarm issues reopened and under investigation, including
gz_sim-10-cnlwin UNIT_gz_TEST timeout
and gz_physics-ign-physics5-clwin fails. - Working on integrating an auto-change in release-tools to generate
changelogs (PR 1447). - The Gazebo OCI images repository has been migrated to the openrobotics
GitHub organization. - Setting up Kura CI, which requires homebrew simulation updates
(PR 3361) to
unblockgz-cmake6.0.0. - Zenoh load session configuration is ready to review
(PR 733). gzwebupdated to load gltf/glb files, with webgpu support planned.
