Is making changes to the SDF file allowed?

I want clarification regarding the SDF file configuration for the qualification phase submission.

The AIC toolkit specifies that global illumination can be disabled in the SDF file if hardware resources are limited. Accordingly, we have trained our vision model using an environment with global illumination turned off.

Could anyone please confirm if the final submission must be run using the default SDF file settings, or if we are permitted to use our modified SDF file to run our models and policy?

The scene description which is specified as an SDF will not change from the current default. Participant models will be evaluated against the aic_eval image we publish.
