I’m looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical vision from day one in a early-stage startup in Humanoid Robotics in Brussels (Belgium).
Your mission:
➣ Define the technical strategy, milestones, and architecture
➣ Oversee integration of ROS 2, Isaac Sim, and ML pipelines.
➣ Manage R&D risks, budget, and tech choices.
➣ Coordinate with stakeholders and research partners.
If you’re passionate about humanoid robotics, living in Brussels area, have +8 years of experience in Robotics development and want to build the core tech of new really innovative startup, let’s talk!
My company operates on a “talent + capital” investment model, and I think there may be an interesting way to collaborate that supports your technical roadmap and growth plans.
We currently have a robotics engineer on our team to work on this project.
If you are open to exploring a co-foundership or operating-partner style relationship, where we invest with both talent and capital, I would be happy to schedule a conversation. Can we schedule some time?
I saw your post about looking for a CTO for a new humanoid robotics startup. My background is a mix of hands-on robotics engineering and building teams from scratch, and I’d love to explore if there’s a fit.
Quick intro:
Started robotics at IIIT Guwahati (2013–17), led teams that won national competitions.
Founding engineer , 5 years(2013-2017) , Development Manager at Invento Robotics (Mitra robot, 150+ deployments, CES 2021).
Samsung Research (2021–24): set up the robotics lab in India from zero, led SLAM/navigation for JetBot & Ballie, 12+ patents, improved navigation reliability by ~40%.
Now building my own venture Nolon in Bangalore: physical AI, mobile manipulation, ROS2 + Isaac Sim + Jetson, AMR + robotic arm cleaning robot.
I’m strong in ROS2, Isaac Sim, navigation, perception, system architecture, and team building and I’m excited about the direction humanoid robotics is heading. Happy to chat about your roadmap, expectations, relocation, etc.
