New Packages for ROS 2 Rolling Ridley 2026-01-21

Hello everyone!

We’re happy to announce 44 new package and 543 updates are now available in ROS 2 Rolling Ridley :rolling_head: :rolling:

While 50 packages were removed, they will be restored in future syncs when maintainers release new versions of these packages with fixes applied. We did our best to minimize the number of regressions but we had to move forward with the sync. Bulk of the regressions are caused by our recent migration to Qt6.
