Weβre happy to announce 125 new package and 843 updates are now available in ROS 2 Rolling Ridley

While 53 packages were removed, they will be restored in future syncs when maintainers release new versions of these packages with fixes applied. We did our best to minimize the number of regressions but we had to move forward with the sync especially to unblock the Kilted release.
The sync was tagged as rolling/2026-04-28 .
