Progress updates:

Progress on standard simulation interfaces in ros_gz, YATM configuration for release tasks, and creation of “Jetty Release” milestones.

Found a fix for out-of-order service requests in Zenoh.

Working on forward porting from Ionic to Jetty for Bazel builds and extending the WheelSlipPlugin.

Fixed -asan- builds and brew releasing permissions for 24.04 regressions, and implemented a ‘None’ option for Version-bump in the auto-changelog project.

Proposed a yearly Gazebo user survey to help with the roadmap and discussed what questions should be included in the survey.

Discussion about our feature freeze policy and whether we should continue freezing older release branches.
