About the Project:
Our goal is to enhance our client’s robotics simulation capabilities by developing scalable, high-fidelity simulations for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Cobots. This project focuses on perception-in-the-loop testing, full-stack software validation, and the evaluation of multi-robot systems, aiming to build a reusable and extensible plant digital twin capability.
What You’ll Be Accomplishing:

Physics-based simulation for AMRs and Cobot cells

Simulation-in-the-loop testing to validate autonomy, perception, and control software
-
Create reusable abstractions of robot hardware, sensors, and PLC simulations
-
Develop scalable execution and orchestration of simulations
-
Establish a reusable simulation capability aligned with our client’s long-term roadmap
Services You’ll Provide:

Engineering services developing our client’s simulation capabilities

Simulation platform development
The Ideal Candidate Has:
-
5+ years experience in advanced robotic simulation platforms
-
Proven expertise with simulations involving 40+ robots
-
Experience designing simulation scenario language/framework
-
Knowledge of various physics engines such as Isaac Sim, Open3DE, Gazebo, Mujoco

Experience deploying simulations onto multi-GPU infrastructure
-
Proven experience integrating robots with >500 ROS nodes and topics
-
Experience in discrete-event simulations for path planning optimizations
-
Competency in co-simulations of discrete-events with physics-based simulations
-
Experience simulating multiple robots and sensors in real-time
-
Expertise in 3D model development creating high fidelity maps
-
Experience creating simulation metrics and dashboards
-
Competence in developing simulation interfaces that integrate diverse APIs

Experience with database design for handling users and simulation sessions
