Has anyone received received a Kilted T-Shirt yet?
I ordered on May 1st, today they are telling me they have no idea when my shirt will be produced.
I asked for a refund, and they will not estimate when or even if that will happen.
I didn’t order one, partially because last time I ordered from Spring (Jazzy stickers), it took over 2 months and a half dozen emails before they finally arrived. I’d ordered the stickers for an event that they didn’t arrive on time for…
The vendor we’ve used for over a decade (Spring) is having significant problems fulfilling orders at the moment. We’re still working with them to get things fixed for orders that have been placed. Because this problem has got beyond an acceptable level, we’ve decided to close our Spring storefront and find a new vendor. Even if you can still see the storefront at Spring, please do not place any more orders.
We can’t provide the vector art because the income from merchandise sales is an important source of funding to keep the projects running. We do have the rasterised images available here, for personal use and licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0.

This company has treated me very opaquely. A month after the promised date, I asked for an ETA they could not guess.
I asked for a refund. I was told they would “try to cancel it”.
Their computer claimed I would hear within 24 hours. Two business days later I asked for status and was told asking for status moves me to the bottom of the refund request queue.
A week later and still no confirmation of a cancelled order, so I filed a dispute with Visa and have my refund.
I will continue to wear my Galactic and Jazzy T-Shirts proudly, even though no one in my area of South Florida knows what ROS is to recognize my shirt and ask about my robots. (KiltedDave and JazzyTurtleBot5-WaLI)
@Vanessa_Yamzon_Orsi spent quite some time attempting to close the store front at Spring, without success - they even disabled the button for closing the store in the settings. The best she was able to do is remove all the merchandise from it so that there’s nothing for people to buy. We’re actively working on setting up a new store with a new supplier. It should be available soon.

Can’t say for others, but apparently since they wouldn’t honor my cancellation request last month, they are finally shipping. I just received a notice “Your item has shipped”.
Finally, we received our swags 2 weeks ago. We are so disappointed with this year’s Spring store’s swag quality. A colleague reported to me that after a single wash, the print is damaged. I feel it’s a total waste of money
