Can't see IMU plugin data

here is my urdf model and launch file i am using gazebo fortress and ros2 humble i am facing issue i have diff drive plugin in urdf file and imu plugin in my empty.sdf file when i launch it in gazebo and when i echo imu topic threre is nothing being published

You’re probably missing the Imu world plugin in the world SDF: Sensors — Gazebo ionic documentation .

i have added it in empty.sdf file
