Universal Robot Calibration WIP PR Seeking Comment

Felix Mauch, in support of the UR Driver development that is part of the ROSin initiative has submitted a WIP PR that looks at updating the description with the calibration on the UR Controller more directly. The PR can be viewed here with a detailed description and explicit feedback with regards to implementation.

There has over time been significant interest in UR driver and performance, so in an effort to make this request as visible as possible, I figured I would cross post this here on Discourse. Thanks to Gijs van der Hoorn for bringing this PR to our attention at our ROS-I Consortium Leadership meeting today.
