Hiring: VP of Engineering – Systems Architecture & Robotics (CertAir)
We’re looking for a proven technical leader to orchestrate, integrate, and scale multidisciplinary teams as we pioneer enterprise-level software + robotics + IoT systems for cleanroom certification in regulated industries.
What you’ll drive
· Architect a cohesive platform spanning cloud, IoT mesh, and ROS-2 robotics
· Govern integration of sensors, simulation, and software into compliant, real-time systems
· Lead product delivery through stage-gate development → commercialization
· Build and align distributed teams (onshore/offshore, contractors, and partners)
· Oversee partner relationships for outsourced manufacturing + prototype builds
You bring
· Proven record of scaling incomplete orgs into high-performing teams
· Hands-on ROS-2 and distributed systems grounding, with vision to integrate—not reinvent
· Experience bringing robotics/software platforms through regulated releases
· EQ + leadership to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a startup environment
Flexible location (NE US preferred). Some travel required.
