Enrollment for the 2026 Robotics Developer Masterclass is now open.
This online, hands-on program provides comprehensive training in robot programming, with a focus on ROS and robotics development—equipping participants with the skills needed for careers at any robotics company in just 3 months.
Throughout the Masterclass, you’ll follow a structured 5-phase plan and gain exclusive access to innovative remote real robot labs—helping you master essential robotics job skills.
- Phase 1: Build a strong foundation in robot programming and get started with ROS. You’ll apply your skills in the City Lab and use a mobile robot—FastBot—to perform essential ROS tasks, gaining hands-on experience in real-world robot programming.
- Phase 2: Become a ROS 2 Developer
You’ll learn how to program mobile manipulators, including navigation, environment perception, and object manipulation. You’ll then apply what you’ve learned in the Warehouse Lab, where you’ll create a complete pick-and-place task using real collaborative robots: RB1-Base and the UR3e arm.
- Phase 3: Understand How Robots Really Work
Learn the physics and math behind robotic systems—from kinematics to advanced planning and control—then apply it in the Cyber World Lab by building navigation algorithms from scratch for a ROSbot XL mobile robot.
- Phase 4: Build and Program Your Own Robot
You’ll receive a real robot box – the FastBot kit, assemble, and program it. Your goal in this phase is to develop a ROS-based web app from scratch to control the robot within a containerized environment using continuous integration.
