Preparing for Humble sync and patch release 2025-07-22

We’re planning for a Humble sync and patch release on 2025-07-18T07:00:00Z.

There are currently no Ubuntu amd64 regressions (but 1 RHEL regression) and 260 packages to release.

We will start holding rosdistro PRs for the sync today (2025-07-16T07:00:00Z) and will plan to do the sync on 2025-07-18T07:00:00Z.

I found a minor issue in the patch release, so I couldn’t wrap up everything yesterday. I’m delaying the patch release (and sync) until Monday.

The buildfarm took the weekend off :beach_with_umbrella: so arm64 package rebuilds aren’t done yet. It should hopefully be done by tomorrow.
