New packages for ROS 2 Rolling Ridley 2025-09-05

Hello everyone!

We’re happy to announce 33 new package and 95 updates are now available in ROS 2 Rolling Ridley :rolling_head: :rolling:

While 16 packages were removed, they will be restored in future syncs when maintainers release new versions of these packages with fixes applied. We did our best to minimize the number of regressions but we had to move forward with the sync.

The sync was tagged as rolling/2025-09-05 .
