Introduction: QERRA-v2 — Hybrid Quantum-Ethical Safety Layer for Humanoid Robots

Hello everyone,

My name is Marussa Metocharaki (@marunigno).
 I’m the solo founder of **QERRA-v2** — a hybrid quantum-classical ethical decision engine for safer humanoid robots and high-stakes AI systems.

The project combines quantum-inspired exploration (I successfully ran a real 8-qubit W-state on IBM quantum hardware) with classical ethical vectors (SEMEV-12), toxicity detection, and a safety kernel. I already have a live public API with a working /analyze endpoint.

Right now the project is still in an early experimental stage — the classical safety layer works well, while the hybrid quantum part is a small prototype that I am actively improving.

I’m building this completely alone under significant personal constraints, and I would love to connect with people in the robotics community who care about ethical and safety layers for humanoid robots.

I just published the full Whitepaper and the code is open-source (AGPL-3.0).
