My first thought of FF is always Final Fantasy.
But, maybe there will be some copyright consideration.
How about “fiery fantasy”. I also like the word “fiery”, like a wish for ROS2 to get more popular. And for the word “fantasy”, it’s amazing that ROS2 grows so fast in these years.

How about Frisky Fitzroy or Frisky Foxemys, with a playful/energetic turtle for the logo/t-shirt.
ros-frisky seems nice and quick to type on the terminal.
Another idea would be ros-fiery.
Fiery Foxemys or even ros-fervent Fervent Fitzroy on the same lines as suggested by @NickFragale .
