We are thrilled to announce a new integration for our open-source tool, Bagel! Two weeks ago, we presented Bagel at the ROS/PX4 meetup in Los Angeles, and the community’s excitement was incredible. As promised, we’ve integrated Bagel with the Cursor IDE to make robotics development even easier.
You can find the full tutorial here: bagel/doc/tutorials/mcp/2_cursor_px4.ipynb at stage · Extelligence-ai/bagel · GitHub
What is Bagel?
If you’re new to Bagel, it’s a tool that lets you chat with your rosbags using natural language queries. This allows you to quickly get insights from your log files without writing code. For example, you can ask questions like:
-
“Is the front left camera calibrated?”
-
“Were there any hard decelerations detected in the IMU data?”
-
“Are there any errors or warnings in this log?”
Bagel currently was tested in:
- Claude Code
- Gemini CLI
- Cursor
- and more integrations to come…

Many people have done so! The community found two bugs and filed two feature requests already!
