Birds of a Feather Sessions at ROSCon Global 2026
Hi everyone,
The ROSCon Global 2026 Birds of a Feather (BoF) session proposal submission form is now live on the ROSCon Global website. Birds of a Feather sessions are informal meetings of ROS subgroups (e.g., Navigation, MoveIt, space robotics, maritime robotics, physical AI, etc.) at ROSCon Global. For 2026, we’ll have a limited number of conference center rooms available for BoF meetings on the first day of the conference (September 22nd, 2026). Please note that BoF sessions will happen during ROSCon workshops, and you may have to choose between attending one or the other.
While I have your attention, please also be aware that a number of ROSCon Global deadlines are approaching fast, including:
- ROSCon Global talk proposals are due 2026-04-26T00:00:00Z.
- Our first batch of sponsors will be announced shortly. If your employer wants to sponsor ROSCon Global and secure a premium booth location, you need to act fast.
- Early bird ticket sales will open up on 2026-05-11T00:00:00Z. Don’t delay; ROSCon often sells out, and our early bird tickets have the lowest admission price.
