One liner: Moveit2 is getting ready for the first Lyrical release, stay tuned.
As for paticipation, while maintainer team will try posting reminders on discourse per every meeting in the future, we also encourage subscribing to the community events calendar Changes to the OSRF events calendars (There may not be a good way to only subscribe a specific events Community event calendar; Get updates to only the selected events as of now though).
