It’s not actually down, just unreachable for hosts not on the campus network.
TUD ICT Security decided to block access to all servers for hosts outside the campus network as a temporary ‘mitigation’ in the context of the recent Phpshell vulnerability.
They’re in the process of gradually lifting that block.
I’ll check when ftp.tudelft.nl would be accessible again.
