Incredibly frustrated and now 100% lost

I have my docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yaml up working and I get lightning fast init

because it just sits here for 257.037224679 sec

I have never worked with Docker or Pixi so I am clueless to what will fix this. In the normal simulation environment my policy works like a normal script. So I guess I’m out.
