Recover Login Details for the Submission Portal

I am no longer able to login to the submission portal with an username (email)/password at https://aiforindustrychallenge.ai/auth/login as it says “unable to login with the provided credentials”. I believe I may have lost the password, but I also dont find a password recovery mechanism, and changing the password directly on the portal also requires an old password. Is there any way to recover the password directly through email?

I’m facing same issue. Unable to login.

Where is the username listed. I have tried with team name, inidividual name as username but unable to login

username is the email.

I sent them an email requested a new password link and they sent it to me. So the issue is now solved.
