Preparing for Kinetic Sync 2020-03-17

We’re due for a new Kinetic sync. We have 57 packages ready to sync and I identified one regression that’s I’m in the process of rolling back.

I plan to hold new releases until Friday. If there are any other issues I should be aware of for this sync, please reply to this thread.

We are due to sync today, but I plan to hold this sync to avoid extra buildfarm load for the Melodic rebuild ongoing here:

So I’ll execute the sync over the weekend once that has caught up.
