Any chance we could do a noetic sync before ROSCon/IROS? (I realize only today that a package update I need for a IROS ROS tutorial on Oct 27 was not included in the last sync

I have it on my calendar to do a Noetic sync early next week, assuming regressions don’t appear.
If you need a new or updated package I strongly suggest making the release today so there’s time to try it out in the testing apt repo.
A new release of the tf2 packages would be appreciated. diff

There’s a new release of the geometry2 repo waiting to be merged: geometry2: 0.7.6-1 in 'noetic/distribution.yaml' [bloom] by tfoote · Pull Request #34896 · ros/rosdistro · GitHub . Assuming there are no regressions from it, I anticipate the next Noetic sync will happen early November.
