**Hiring: VP of Engineering – Systems Architecture & Robotics (CertAir)**

We’re looking for a proven technical leader to **orchestrate, integrate, and scale multidisciplinary teams** as we pioneer enterprise-level software + robotics + IoT systems for cleanroom certification in regulated industries.

**What you’ll drive**

· Architect a cohesive platform spanning **cloud, IoT mesh, and ROS-2 robotics**

· Govern integration of **sensors, simulation, and software** into compliant, real-time systems

· Lead product delivery through **stage-gate development → commercialization**

· Build and align distributed teams (onshore/offshore, contractors, and partners)

· Oversee partner relationships for outsourced manufacturing + prototype builds

**You bring**

· Proven record of scaling incomplete orgs into high-performing teams

· Hands-on ROS-2 and distributed systems grounding, with vision to integrate—not reinvent

· Experience bringing robotics/software platforms through regulated releases

· EQ + leadership to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a startup environment

Flexible location (NE US preferred). Some travel required.
