# Submission failed, stderr does not show anything

Hello,

A recent submission I made failed. (Submission number 1377)  
However when I click on the stderr file on the portal, it is empty (blank page).

Could anyone please assist in this?

stdout file does not have any pointers, just contains below. appreciate any help!

I pulled my image from the ECR, and ran `docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.yaml up` and it works successfully on my side.

I am really clueless about what is happening here.  
I would appreciate any help about this, thanks a lot

@iche033 you might know what is happening; is there a way to recover our stderr? Or to have any information about why our submissions failed?

Exact same issue, Docker image works perfectly on my PC. But shows as failed on the submission portal. std\_out, std\_error files are almost blank!
