Younuo Zhixing (UnoMove) — a vision-only, no-LiDAR-stacking embodied AI company.

While others “patch” perception with LiDAR, we use cameras + AI to make robots truly understand the world. Our core product, UnoBox, is more than an edge-computing box — it’s a digital brain that gives robots full-stack perception-decision-control capabilities.

Code runs on Jetson. Algorithms train in Isaac Sim. And the final product ships to real-world logistics yards, inspection robots, and agricultural machinery. From Sim to Real — no middlemen.

01 :mechanical_arm: Senior/Staff Robot Control & Navigation Algorithm Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build kinematic and dynamic models for robot chassis and manipulators — making every motion stable and precise
  • Hands-on development of wheeled and legged robot motion control algorithms, with PID / MPC / LQR at your fingertips
  • Architect low-latency communication and control frameworks based on ROS / ROS2
  • Master SLAM, multi-sensor fusion, global/local path planning — so robots never get lost
  • Research and deploy cutting-edge algorithms in Motion Planning, MCTS, Behavior Trees, and RL
  • Validate in Isaac Sim / Omniverse to accelerate Sim-to-Real transfer

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or related fields; 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in C++ and Python; code-cleanliness enthusiasts preferred
  • Solid control-theory foundation; hands-on project experience with wheeled/legged robots or manipulators on real hardware
  • Familiar with ROS/ROS2 toolchain; at home in Linux development environments

02 :milky_way: Senior/Staff Edge-Side Large Model & 3D Scene Understanding Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

  • Squeeze vision foundation models / multimodal large models onto Jetson, accelerating inference with TensorRT / ONNX Runtime
  • Drive quantization, pruning, and distillation to enable low-latency large-model inference on edge devices
  • Build 3D scene reconstruction with 3D Gaussian Splatting / NeRF, delivering high-fidelity real-time rendering
  • Fuse SLAM with 3D vision to construct dense + semantic maps, giving robots true “spatial awareness”
  • Explore VLM applications in robotics: open-vocabulary detection and scene semantic analysis
  • Write custom CUDA kernels to tackle engineering bottlenecks like limited VRAM and compute constraints

What we expect from you:

  • Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, AI, or related fields; 4+ years in CV or robotics algorithms
  • Expert-level PyTorch / TensorFlow with solid deep-learning fundamentals
  • Must-have: Hands-on experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting; familiar with NeRF, SLAM, SfM, MVS
  • Proficient in TensorRT, ONNX, and CUDA; capable of independent FP32→INT8/INT4 quantization calibration
  • Understand Transformer architectures; research or deployment experience in multimodal large models and embodied AI
  • Plus: ROS/ROS2 experience; end-to-end robot product delivery track record

03 :laptop: Senior Robot Application Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend + Backend)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build robot cloud-management platforms in Python / Go / Rust; RESTful APIs are just the baseline
  • Build frontend with React / Vue + Three.js / WebGL for 3D scene visualization, real-time trajectory tracking, and digital-map rendering
  • Design high-concurrency WebSocket + MQTT communication architectures, ensuring low-latency bidirectional cloud↔robot links
  • Develop remote-control dashboards, task scheduling, OTA updates, and multi-robot collaborative monitoring
  • Participate in cloud AI model deployment and API development, bridging AI services into robot application workflows
  • Optimize data storage and query performance at massive device scale

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; 4+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Backend: expert in Python (FastAPI / Django) or Go; Node.js / Rust experience preferred
  • Frontend: expert in React / Vue.js; proficient TypeScript; deep understanding of frontend engineering practices
  • Must-have: Development experience with Three.js, WebGL, or CesiumJS and other 3D graphics libraries
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, WebSocket, MQTT; hands-on high-concurrency real-time messaging experience
  • Plus: Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 communication mechanisms; experience with FMS, IoT platforms, or digital-twin systems

04 :high_voltage: Senior Electrical & Sensor Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead selection, evaluation, and testing of multi-sensor suites: LiDAR, IMU, depth cameras, encoders, torque sensors, etc.
  • Design sensor hardware interfaces and data-synchronization schemes; solve noise, interference, frame-drop, and packet-loss in complex environments
  • Develop low-level sensor drivers and data-acquisition firmware on STM32 / ESP32 / Jetson
  • Configure and debug CAN, UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet protocols; optimize latency and bandwidth
  • Implement filtering, denoising, and calibration preprocessing algorithms on raw sensor data
  • Multi-sensor joint calibration (time sync + spatial calibration) to ensure perception-data consistency
  • Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other tools for signal-integrity analysis and hardware troubleshooting

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields; 4+ years in embedded hardware or driver development
  • Solid circuit fundamentals; ability to read schematics; capable of hardware-software co-debugging
  • Expert in UART, I2C, SPI, CAN protocols; deep understanding of CAN bus mechanisms
  • Expert in STM32 development; familiar with FreeRTOS / RT-Thread; Jetson peripheral development experience preferred
  • Familiar with mainstream 3D/2D LiDAR, IMU, and vision sensors — principles, data characteristics, and real-world integration
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators for signal-integrity analysis
  • Familiar with Kalman filtering, time synchronization, and calibration methods
