# Software developer needed

Hey guys. Has somebody here ever hired an app developer if so, please share your experience with it. What are pitfalls here? And where should I look beside up work or something?  
The project is quite complex, for about a 6 months of work in total. It requires huge data gathering and structuring work, complex back-end and front-end development as well.
