Everyone who has made a new post on ROS Discourse in the past year should consider writing a talk proposal. The worst thing that can happen is that the ROSCon reviewers don’t accept your talk.

@DLu updated the [ROS Clock to include Jazzy](https://dlu.github.io/ros_clock/index.html). It is worth noting that as of today ROS 1 Noetic Ninjemys has exactly one year of support remaining! The clock is ticking for our remaining ROS 1 stragglers. ⏰
