# ROS News for the Week of June 19th, 2023

This week we learned that [Direct Drive’s Diablo robot](http://discourse.ros.org/t/my-new-best-fiend-diablo-direct-drive-robot/32020) has a [ROS interface.](https://github.com/DDTRobot/diablo_ros2)

We also learned that this [MaiCat robot is using ROS](http://discourse.ros.org/t/integrating-ros2-into-quadruped-home-robot/32068). They are looking for beta testers from the ROS community.

Our friends at [Formant](https://formant.io/resources/state-of-raas-2023/) released a [Report](https://discourse.openrobotics.org/uploads/short-url/rp1mXZCstUhZWHgcXwZjVT8cdqo.pdf) about Robots as a Service. 81% of Formant’s profession robotics customers use ROS. The report is worth a read.
