# Preparing for Rolling sync 2023-03-14

There are a number of [outstanding regressions](http://repo.ros2.org/status_page/ros_rolling_default.html?q=REGRESSION) in ROS 2 Rolling but we’re overdue for a sync yet again.  
I would like to sync a week from today on 2023-03-14. If we eliminate all regressions before then we may sync a little earlier.

We’ll start holding Rolling packages now. If a held release is intended to address an outstanding regression, please post it on this thread and we’ll override the sync hold for it.
