# Preparing for Humble sync 2026-10-12

We’re planning for a Humble sync on 2026-10-12T07:00:00Z.

There are currently [271 packages](https://repo.ros2.org/status_page/ros_humble_default.html?q=SYNC) to sync and [0 regressions](https://repo.ros2.org/status_page/ros_humble_default.html?q=REGRESSION).

We will start holding rosdistro PRs for the sync today (2026-10-08T07:00:00Z) and will plan to do the sync on 2026-10-12T07:00:00Z.
