# Preparing for Humble sync 2026-03-29

We’re planning for a Humble sync on 2026-03-27T05:00:00Z.

There are currently [0 regressions](https://repo.ros2.org/status_page/ros_humble_default.html?q=REGRESSION) and [33 packages](https://repo.ros2.org/status_page/ros_humble_default.html?q=SYNC) to release.

We will start holding rosdistro PRs for the sync today (2026-03-17T05:00:00Z) and will plan to do the sync on 2026-03-20T05:00:00Z.

I think this was copy pasta from the last sync, but this is 33 packages, not 216 right?

There was a [regression in `realsense2_camera_msgs`](https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/50376#issuecomment-4142994220) affecting ~50 packages. Since the fix was simple and it’s the weekend anyway, I decided to get the fix in and delay the sync. I hope to sync on Monday.
