The poll will close in one week to allow for time to finish the renaming prior to ROSCon.

The name crossflow won the vote with an almost unanimous top-preference.

The name migration is complete and the first official release of crossflow has shipped out: [crates.io: Rust Package Registry](https://crates.io/crates/crossflow) 🎉
