Solo dev.

Currently ranked 40 on ECR with a score of 89. But my local average is 198-240 across 3 runs on the default multiobj_config, max 229.61 with T1+T2 both full insertion, and 263 proven achievable with a GT+DELTA oracle.

The gap is ECR-specific. Last submission scored 3 because get_package_share_directory("aic_example_policies") throws at module import time under pixi run --as-is (AMENT_PREFIX_PATH empty). Just pushed v12 with a fix, but only 1 ECR shot per day.
