Could we get a ROS Noetic sync please?

Is it possible to plan a new Noetic sync? Some packages like smach_viewer were broken last sync and it would be wonderful to have the fixed version in the main apt repo.

Hello! It’s on my radar. I hope to freeze Noetic this week, but a sync next week is most likely.
