Here’s the information for our next July Meeting where we’ll talk about a not very common topic: how to simulate spray painting in Gazebo! Here are the details:
“This talk presents a plugin to mimic realistic spray painting in Gazebo simulation. The motivation came from working on a real industrial spray painting automation project and finding no existing way to simulate spray paint/powder coating application in Gazebo. The talk will also walk through a ready-to-use demo featuring a robotic arm autonomously painting a car body, complete with a particle spray cloud visual added for realism.”
